PW StoreLine · PW BlendLine
Two product lines, one goal: reliable handling of your bulk solids. PW StoreLine covers storage, PW BlendLine covers blending & homogenizing – complemented by process silos for deodorizing, degassing, and drying.
Your Benefits
A wide range of silo sizes and diameters allows a flexible configuration that matches your required storage capacity.
No oversized investment.
Minimal engineering effort makes integration into existing plants and new construction projects straightforward.
Faster project execution.
Increased storage capacity gives you the flexibility to purchase bulk materials when market prices are favorable, reducing costs and improving your competitive edge.
Lower material costs. Greater flexibility. Faster return on investment.
PW StoreLine silo systems are engineered for efficient, cost-effective storage of a wide range of bulk solids. With customizable configurations and accessories, our silos adapt to your material properties, storage requirements, and production processes.
Designed for free-flowing, granular, and powdered materials, our silos are engineered to minimize bridging and material buildup, ensuring consistent, reliable material flow and smooth discharge.
PW StoreLine
The cost-effective core of the line – available in a wide range of sizes and diameters.
PW StoreLine
Silos too large for road transport are assembled at your site.
PW StoreLine
Designed around the heights and widths of your building and its access routes.
PW StoreLine
Several compartments in one silo keep different products separate.
PW StoreLine
For loading trucks or ships, installed on a steel or concrete support structure.
PW StoreLine
For combustible bulk solids – with venting devices such as rupture discs or explosion vents.
PW BlendLine silos provide tailored blending solutions for consistent, homogeneous blends and reliable product quality. Whether equipped with PW PipeBlend, PW CentralPipeBlend, PW ConeBlend, or PW ScrewBlend – each configuration is designed to deliver consistent blending results with high efficiency.
PW PipeBlend
Blending pipes run along the silo wall. Specially designed inlet openings promote pre-blending as material enters the pipes. Different flow velocities across the entire cross-section homogenize the product in the blending chamber at the silo outlet.
Best for: granules and free-flowing bulk solids.
PW CentralPipeBlend
A large-diameter central blending pipe with multiple inlet zones draws in material from different levels of the silo. This cross-blending, combined with varying flow velocities and flow patterns inside the pipe, improves product homogeneity.
Best for: powders and bulk solids with poor flowability.
PW ConeBlend
A flanged or welded blending insert in the silo cone distributes the bulk material evenly. Different flow zones and residence times promote continuous blending – for both continuous and batch blending of a wide range of bulk solids.
Best for: fast, simple retrofits of existing silos.
PW ScrewBlend
A vertical, center-mounted blending screw conveys material upward from the cone; at the top, it falls back into the silo by gravity – a continuous blending cycle. The silo can be filled or emptied at any time, independent of the blending process.
Best for: bulk solids that need mechanical blending & homogenizing.
Process Silos
Our process silos and hoppers are engineered for specialized applications, particularly the deodorization of recycled plastics. By reducing unwanted odors, they help improve material quality and ensure efficient downstream processing.
Controls odors and vapors from recycled or waste-related bulk solids.
Removes residual gases from bulk solids in a controlled process step.
Reduces moisture in bulk solids as part of your process.
Controls material temperature to ensure optimal conditions for storage and downstream processing.
