Our Product Lines

Nine PW product lines for storing, blending & homogenizing, discharging, and filtering – in aluminum and stainless steel, designed to work together and supplied by one manufacturer.

PW StoreLine

Storage silo systems for the bulk solids you handle every day

PW StoreLine storage silo systems are designed for most commonly used bulk solids. Combined with a comprehensive range of accessories, they handle virtually any bulk storage application efficiently and cost-effectively.

Storage Silos

PW StoreLine

A wide range of silo sizes and diameters allows a flexible, cost-effective configuration to match your required storage capacity. Our designs cover nearly all free-flowing, low-cohesion, granular, and powdered bulk solids – based on concentric mass-flow discharge without asymmetric flow zones.

How It Works

  • Concentric mass-flow discharge
  • No asymmetric flow zones
  • Wide range of sizes and diameters
  • Comprehensive range of accessories

Best For

Free-flowing, low-cohesion, granular, and powdered bulk solids.

PW BlendLine

Blending & homogenizing for consistent, homogeneous blends

PW BlendLine silos prevent horizontal layers of varying quality and deliver reliable product quality. Whether equipped with PipeBlend, CentralPipeBlend, ConeBlend, or ScrewBlend: each configuration is designed to deliver consistent results with high efficiency.

PW PipeBlend – Pipe Blender, sectional view showing material flow

Pipe Blender

PW PipeBlend

The blending pipes run along the silo wall. Specially designed inlet openings promote pre-blending as material enters the pipes. This creates different flow velocities across the entire cross-section, homogenizing the product in the blending chamber at the silo outlet.

How It Works

  • Blending pipes along the silo wall
  • Pre-blending at the inlet openings
  • Different flow velocities across the cross-section
  • Homogenizing in the blending chamber

Best For

Granules and free-flowing bulk solids.

PW CentralPipeBlend – Central Pipe Blender, sectional view showing material flow

Central Pipe Blender

PW CentralPipeBlend

The large-diameter central blending pipe handles a wide range of bulk solids, including powders and materials with poor flowability. Multiple inlet zones along the pipe draw in material from different levels of the silo. This cross-blending, combined with varying flow velocities and flow patterns inside the pipe, further improves product homogeneity.

How It Works

  • Large-diameter central pipe
  • Inlet zones at different silo levels
  • Cross-blending inside the pipe

Best For

Powders and bulk solids with poor flowability.

PW ConeBlend – Cone Blender, sectional view showing material flow

Cone Blender

PW ConeBlend

A flanged or welded blending insert integrated into the silo cone ensures even distribution of the bulk solid. As the material flows toward the outlet, it passes through different flow zones. Varying flow velocities create different residence times within the silo, further improving homogeneity.

How It Works

  • Flanged or welded insert in the cone
  • Different flow zones and residence times
  • Continuous and batch blending

Best For

Fast, simple retrofits of existing silos thanks to its compact design.

PW ScrewBlend – Screw Blender, sectional view showing material flow

Screw Blender

PW ScrewBlend

Material is continuously fed from the cone into a vertical, center-mounted blending screw and conveyed upward. At the top of the screw, it falls back into the silo by gravity, creating a continuous blending cycle. The screw is driven by a gear motor mounted at the center of the silo roof.

How It Works

  • Center-mounted vertical screw
  • Gear motor on the silo roof
  • Filling and discharge independent of blending

Best For

Bulk solids that need mechanical blending & homogenizing.
